Eligibility Criteria

Applicant must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan.
Applicant must belong to the respective reserved category as per the Rajasthan Government list.

Download the respective caste certificate form (OBC/SC/ST).

Fill all applicant details and get the local Patwari/Tehsildar report section signed (if applicable).

Submit the verified offline form along with required documents at the nearest eMitra kiosk.

The eMitra operator will upload the application to the Revenue Department portal.

Track the application status via SSO or eMitra.

•OBC Certificates for the 'Non-Creamy Layer' require an active Income Certificate to be uploaded alongside.
•SC/ST certificates are generally valid for a lifetime, whereas OBC certificates may require renewal depending on the income layer.
